Accordingly, EddyDesk can detect any transverse, longitudinal, point defect, and any missing material caused by the production process of valve or any cylindrical object with external diameter from 5 mm to 200 mm (depends on your needs). For this device, the test piece is loaded by a user. Then, they will be inspected and the result can be documented for further use, shown on the EddyLine I screen and sorted into good and bad parts. EddyWise has designed a desktop harness testing system for the inspection of the valve stem. It works with EddyLine I and Encircling coil. The test piece is loaded by a user. Then, the Encircling coil tests the valve. Finally, The result will be shown on the EddyLine I screen. It can ensure that there is little variation in hardness of valve stems; accordingly, valve companies can solve their production problems more efficiently, saving time and money.

Furthermore, we offer an automated Crack and Microstructural Testing of Valve. This is an automated 100% crack detection and hardness standing machine used during production in continues operation. This solution can detect any transverse, longitudinal, and point defect on valve. It works with EddyLine II, an automated crack system, and a hardness Encircling coil testing. Valve parts are, loaded into the system. This crack tester fully scans the valve. This is done by adjusting the crack detector to the respective testing area. Then, the valve stem is passed through an Encircling coil for checking hardness and heat treatment condition. After inspections are finished, the tested valves are sorted, automatically, into good, cracks, and hardness defect on the inspection results. The results will be documented for the future use, and finally, helps manufacturer to improve the quality of their production product.
